Your tasks:

  • Report to the European General Manager;
  • Manage the sales activities in Germany and Austria;
  • Ensure to reach quarterly and annual sales objectives;
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy plan;
  • Plan, recruit, lead and manage the sales organization;
  • Prepare, no later than the 10th of each month, "Monthly Activity Report" relating to the previous month including possibly accompanied by the "Potential Deals and Sales Projects in the Pipeline " in which he and sales team is involved;
  • Prepare the activity and sales budget in September of each year, and for the following year, prepare, with precision of the number, types and unit selling prices of vehicles for sale; per sales territory; per regional sales;
  • Monitor sales in accordance with the sales budget;
  • Produce monthly sales reports with precision for unfinished offers and potential customers, by individualizing the sales regions;
  • Do the stock and production order management of vehicles based on actual and future sales / budget and market trend;
  • Create and ensure a quarterly report on the state of the market, including with the positions of the competition;
  • Coordinate the annual marketing activities with the European marketing team in France
  • Periodically organize trips to the production facilities with selected customers in order to introduce them to new products production, testing and quality capabilities of the company and ensure follow-up;
  • Provide data on market needs and trends to guide product development;
  • Supervise and coordinate the actions of the after-sales service and ensure that all the teams are in harmony with the set line in close coordination with aftersales and spare parts management;

A key focus will be to enter into the public transport segment and operations mainly focusing on alternative fuels CNG, Hybrid and electric to be followed by Fuel Cell.

Ausbildung

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in economics or engineering

Erfahrungen

  • Have established contacts in Germany within the Bus and people transportation sectors
  • Minimum 10 years’ Automotive Sales experience
